FIELD: destructive processing of heavy oil residues and devices for realization of this method.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method is carried out in cyclone-type reactor having section of horizontal pipe with injectors mounted on its end face. Reactor enters tangentially the primary cyclone inside which multiclone is mounted; multiclone includes section for stripping the coked adsorbent with water steam; it is provided with adsorbent inlet and outlet branch pipes, water steam supply branch pipe and reaction product discharge branch pipe for removal of these products from reactor. Roasting of coked adsorbent is performed in fluidized-bed regenerator at temperature of 700-800°C. Proposed method is conducted at temperature of 500-710°C at contact time continued for 0.01-0.1 s. Used as adsorbent are natural iron-ore materials and waste of their processing. Device proposed for regeneration of coked adsorbent in sectionalized fluidized-bed regenerator is made in form of two rigidly interconnected horizontal and vertical cylinders which are mutually perpendicular. Horizontal cylinder has reaction zone with fluidized bed of roasted material which is sectionalized by vertical perforated partitions mounted on air-distributing grate. Coolers located between these partitions are provided with overflow partition located at regenerated adsorbent outlet and used for simultaneous control of fluidized bed level. Settling zone with cyclones is located in vertical zone. Proposed method ensures waste-free technology of processing heavy oil residues with no limitation in their quality pertaining to cokeability, sulfur content and metal content at increased yield of target distillates with low cokeability parameters and low content of metals.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
