FIELD: voltage generation devices, possibly in different branches of machine engineering. SUBSTANCE: one alternating electric current source is connected with inlet of bridge-type diode rectifier. One terminal of choke is connected with outlet of bridge-type diode rectifier and its other terminal is connected with outlet of apparatus. First terminals of alternating current voltage sources are connected in common point. Diodes connected in series are connected to bridge type diode rectifier with possibility of formation from its pairs bridge rectifier for generating outlet voltage for electric arc igniting. Common point of diodes connected in series is connected through reactive component with second outlet of additional alternating current voltage source. Reactive component may in the form of choke or capacitor. EFFECT: enhanced stability of igniting and burning of electric arc, lowered energy losses. 3 cl, 3 dwg
