SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicinal agent based on derivatives of thiazole or thiadiazole of the formula (I) where A means linear or branched C₁-C₁₈-alkylene group that can involve at least a single group taken among the group consisting of: O, S, NR³, CONR³, NR³CO, COO, OCO or double or triple bond; B means radical of the formula (II) ; R¹ means H, halogen atom, CN, CO₂R², NR²R³, OR³, CF₃ or C₁-C₈alkyl that can be unsubstituted or substituted with OH, OC₁-C₈-alkyl or halogen atom; R² means H, C₁-C₈alkyl that can be unsubstituted or substituted with OH, OC₁-C₈alkyl or halogen atom or phenyl-C₁-C₈-alkyl; R³ has values given for R² or it means COR² or CO₂R²; X means N or CR⁴ where R⁴ means H, C₁-C₈-alkyl that can be unsubstituted or substituted with OH, OC₁-C₈-alkyl or halogen atom or it means phenyl that can be unsubstituted or substituted with halogen atom, CF₃, C₁-C₈alkyl or C₁-C₈-alkoxy-group; Ar means phenyl, pyridyl, pyrimidyl or triazinyl where Ar can involve from one to four substituents.
