FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes delivery to bottom-hole of device having thermal gas generator filled with gas-generating combustible composite material, coaxial mixing chamber and container with working fluid, piston and charge of gas-generating combustible composite material. Gas-generating composite material is burnt. Working fluid is displaced from container by piston due to combustion of charge of gas-generating composite material. Working fluid is heated, evaporated and converted into gas-liquid medium due to provision in mixing chamber of flow of heated gaseous products of combustion of gas-generating material toward flow of working fluid to form hydraulic pressure in treatment interval. Gas-generating combustible composite material is used in the form of mixture liberating in its thermal destruction of hydrofluoric acid, with material including, wt.%: ammonium nitrate, 50-51; polytetrafluoroethylene, 38-40; epoxy compound, 8-10. Flow of hot gaseous products of combustion of material of thermal gas generator is directed to mixing chamber from bottom upward. Flow of working fluid toward flow of combustible gaseous products is directed from top downward. Container bottom is made for its opening and regulation of flow rate of working fluid during its displacement from container. Device for embodiment of claimed method includes thermal gas generator provided with gas-generating combustible composite material and coaxially combined with it, mixing chamber and container with working fluid, piston and charge of generating combustible composite material. Thermal gas generator is located under device mixing chamber. Container is installed above mixing chamber. Space between container cover and piston, where charge of gas-generating combustible composite material is located, is filled with inert fluid. Container bottom is made in the form of spring-loaded plug and changeable sleeve connected with plug. Each of then has radial holes of preset flow area and possibility of their opening to allow flowing out of working fluid into mixing chamber. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment of preset interval of bottom-hole formation zone due to extended range of method and device application under conditions of absence or insufficient depth of well sump. 1 dwg, 3 ex
