SUBSTANCE: device has a body with light-emitting diodes located inside it and mounted on outer plate at gaps between them and on inner plates with flats between them; outer plate is optically transparent and those on inner plate are so positioned that light emission is effected into optically transparent gaps between light-emitting diodes on outer plate. Gaps between light-emitting diodes on inner plate may be coated with light-reflecting film.
