FIELD: light-emitting devices primarily used for traffic control, remote signal transmission, and advertising purposes. SUBSTANCE: device has transparent housing accommodating light emitting diodes and external terminals. Novelty is that transparent housing is perforated and light-emitting diodes are installed in its holes, that housing also accommodates additional tubular board with light-emitting diodes provided with mirror film, light-emitting diodes being arranged in optical gaps between projections of perforated housing holes. Light-emitting diodes installed inside transparent housing and those mounted on additional board are commutated for simultaneous and alternate glow. EFFECT: enhanced light power in circular radiation; enhanced mechanical strength, and reliability; facilitated manufacture. 2 cl
