At least one autoemission cell is made in the form of parallel oscillatory circuit. At least two autoemission cells differ in resonance frequency. Autoemission cells of same resonance frequency are grouped so that applying control signal at frequency coinciding with resonance frequency of cell ensures display of information image such as alphabet character.
