FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test equipment, namely, to stands for tribological tests, in particular, to fatigue strength and fretting of spline devices. Test bench comprises bed, axial load mechanism with servomotor and distributor, spline part torque device (cup), connected by levers system, sample holders. Axial reciprocating movement mechanism consisting of hydraulic cylinder, rod of which is connected by fork and splined part (tip), and torque loading unit made in form of spindle of splined part (cup), connected by lever with rod of hydraulic cylinder, are configured to provide complex action of high specific load of up to 100 MPa, torque to 10 kN·m, axial pulse load with preset frequency in range of 10–50 Hz and constant displacement amplitude of 100 mcm.
EFFECT: high accuracy of evaluating the wear resistance of the splined joint by achieving a high degree of conformity of conditions of operation of the splined joint on the bench to actual conditions of operation of splined joints of drives of tail reduction gearboxes of helicopters due to development of hydraulic mechanism loading of splined unit, which enables to realize conditions including leading to fretting.
