FIELD: technical facilities for training, applicable for training of specialists of the fish fleet. SUBSTANCE: method simulates the squid accumulation on the screen of the trainer monitor by representation of it in the form of a great number of differentiated geometric figures provided with receivers of signal from stimuli, analyzers and signal transmitters having a similar shape and different linear dimensions. Signals to the differentiated figures are fed from light stimuli and vertical long lines linked in pairs with the ship through winch simulators, accumulations are formed with the aid of simulation of the real conditions of fishery. The real conditions are simulated by a change of the arrangement of the light stimuli above the ship's deck for creation of a shadow zone from the ship's board, as well as by variation of the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the fishery equipment. The dog material, diameter of the crest and dog, length of the dog and the speed of motion of the vertical long line are used as the qualitative characteristics of the fishery equipment, and the quantity of winches, vertical long lines and the quantity of jiggers arranged on the vertical long line are used as the quantitative characteristics of the fishery equipment. The vertical long line is lowered and lifted on the boundary of light from the luminous stimuli in the water thickness and shadow zone from the ship's board.
