SUBSTANCE: proposed volumetric printed circuit board includes dielectric plate 1 with grooves 2 made in it from two sides in longitudinal and lateral directions and interconnected by holes 3. Holes are formed by two truncated cones with common smaller base and with inclination angle of cone element equal to 2-4 degrees. Diameter of cone if conical surface continues to crossing point with surface of plate 1 does not exceed width of groove 2 in surface of plate 1. Grooves 2 and holes 3 are filled with current conducting material. EFFECT: formation of perfected printed circuit boards with higher saturation factor. 3 dwg
