FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to training equipment, specifically to physical training techniques for muscular system of persons with dangerous occupations characterised by high risk level of cardiovascular and other diseases development caused by higher load for muscular system during performance of occupational duty. Method implies that training process is divided in light, normal and intensified conditions depending on heart rate, systolic, diastolic blood pressure, and blood oxygenation before and during training with hypoxic load. Testing is performed in consideration of body weight, age and height. Method enables to reduce risk of cardiovascular complications, and complications caused by acute attack of disease in remission.
EFFECT: reduce risk of cardiovascular complications, and complications caused by chronic diseases.
