FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has sectional, mechanically independent and electrically connected X-ray device and monitor stands, in the first of which X-ray radiator and X-ray image amplifier are mounted on rotatable arc- shaped cross-bar ends. Geometrical parameters of the cross-bar are bound to curvature radius and mechanical material properties with mathematical relationships. The method involves dismounting X-ray device stand by separating X-ray radiator, X-ray image amplifier, arc-shaped cross-bar, control unit, horizontal cross-bar, vertical column and truck. The monitor stand is dismounted by separating display unit, memory unit, table plate, upright, base, power cord, connection cord and foot-driven switch member. The pieces are placed into eight transportation containers arranged in given order. The containers are manufactured to enable the functional blocks to be transportable with any means of transportation except for non-heated sections of air transport means, without limits on distance and speed of transportation being set. Containers are environment-protected. EFFECT: excluded injuries of apparatus units during transportation; accelerated mounting and dismounting. 8 cl, 14 dwg, 1 tbl
