FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has tripod having carriage with mechanical drive on which optically coupled X-ray tube, main collimator with two slit diaphragms forming fan-type X-ray beam belonging to the plane set in perpendicular to carriage movement and main linear matrix detector unit, desk for placing patient, high frequency power supply source of roentgen type connected to X-ray tube and electronic system switching on computer and display unit and to linear matrix detector unit. Additional collimator with two slit diaphragms forming fan-type X-ray beam and additional linear matrix detector unit optically coupled to the X-ray tube are fixed on tripod rulers. The additional beam is directed at an angle of α=arctg(s/f) to the main X-ray beam, where s is the distance between detectors and f is the normal distance from X-ray tube focus to the main detector. An additional detector system is fixed on ruler so that angle α varies within the limits from 14 to 20 deg. One of ruler ends is movably connected to an axle on the tripod and passing through the X-ray tube focus. The opposite end is connected to adjustment carriage in sliding mode. The carriage is connected to guide member fixed on the carriage in parallel to tripod movement. The adjustment carriage has worm drive and measuring scale.
