FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves intramuscularly administering Relanium 40 min before operation at a dose of 0.14 mg/kg and Tramalum at a dose of 0.71 mg/kg. Relanium is intravenously injected to a patient immediately before the operation in lying position at a dose of 0.07 mg/kg and Tramalum at a dose of 0.36 mg/kg. 2% solution of lidocaine is administered under conjunctiva 2 mm distant from the limb in the direction from 11 to 7 o'clock and from 13 to 7 o'clock, respectively. Roller arisen in these areas are massaged during 2-3 min. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of anesthesia.
