FIELD: liquid separating method and equipment. SUBSTANCE: providing passage of two mutually mixed solutions and separation into two layers; regulating organic solution phase flow rate so that flow rate exceeds aqueous solution phase flow rate; preventing occurrence of boundary flow turbulence which may be caused by solutions flow rate difference by regulating water drop dispersion layer remained between separated solutions, with layer extending up to separating unit discharge end; settling solutions phases by providing at least three portions at front side of separating unit for passage of dispersion and settled solutions through partition wall formed of planks defining restricted transverse surface. First restricted transverse surface is adapted for turning flow supplied into separating unit lengthwise of separating unit. Second partition wall formed of planks extending downstream of flow for defining restricted transverse surface is adapted for free flowing of phase of settled aqueous solution in lower part of separating unit. Volumetric ratio of flows supplied into solution mixer is 1:1. Settler is made so that volumetric ratio of organic and aqueous solutions is at least 1:2.0. Number of partition walls formed of planks mounted in settler is at least 3. Method and apparatus of such construction allow liquids to be separated into uncontaminated components without entrainment of other solution. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified method and apparatus. 5 cl, 4 dwg
