FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming flow of drops produced in the process of destruction of melt flow of dispersed material discharged from forming bushing under the action of perturbances of predetermined frequency, which are applied to stream of chemically active material; providing stationary pelletizing mode; collecting and discharging pellets. Flow of dispersed material is destructed and pellets are formed by means of electric field of charging electrode. Voltage is changed in stepped and periodic mode. Flow of drops is passed through electric field of deflecting electrodes for dividing flow into at least two flows, with melt level in crucible being controlled and stabilized. Method allows monodisperse pellets to be produced from chemically active material of improved quality within fine and coarse range of dispersion. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of fine and coarse disperse pellets. 5 dwg, 1 tbl
