FIELD: production of composite material. SUBSTANCE: particles of conducting metal filler are molded of metal melt (e.g. lead, tin) or of alloys on their base as spherical drops having equal diameter. Thus prepared drops are cooled to solid condition in inert medium, mixed with epoxy resin and polymerized, quantity of drops being 30-74 vol %, their diameter being 10-300 μm. Specific resistance of material having 30% content of said filler is 0.9 103 ohm, its heat conductivity is 1,07 W·m-1·K-1. Specific resistance of material having 63% content of filler is 3.1 10-6 ohm, its heat conductivity being 3.1 W·m-1·K-1. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 1 dwg, 2 tbl
