FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of monodisperse spherical granules. Fused in crucible chemically active material containing at least one metal from group of rare-earth metals, laminar jet of melt through die hole made of refractory metal, stream of monodisperse droplets during decay of jet under action of disturbances with preset frequency and amplitude applied on jet and pellets formed by connection of monodisperse droplets are collected. At that, outer surface of spinneret film of dispersed rare-earth metal oxide is applied, and melt in crucible before feeding into die is stirred and cleaned from mechanical impurities, before feeding melt into die on its outer surface of layer of oxide dispersed rare-earth metal, melt is bubbled with helium and cleaning from mechanical impurities.
EFFECT: improved quality of granules during long time granulation.
