FIELD: production of monodisperse spherical pellets. SUBSTANCE: method consists in dispersion of melt stream flowing from die under the effect of disturbance imposed on stream at optimal temperature of cooling inert gas purified from oxygen to the value of not in excess of 0.0001 mol.% and in collection of pellets after attaining the stationary mode of generation in outlet part of heat-exchange chamber. Die is made of refractory material with flow passage length within 2d < 1 < 20d and stream velocity is selected from the definite ratio. Dispersing material is selected in the form of chemically active melt of metal or alloy containing at least one element from the group of rare-earth elements. EFFECT: higher quality of disperse material produced by dispersing of chemically active melts. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
