SUBSTANCE: plant includes increased pressure feed water deaerator connected with open-type make-up feed water deaerator by means of make-up feed water pipe line provided with pump; plant is also provided with flash steam cooler included in make-up feed water pipe line and connected to feed water deaerator by means of flash steam pipe line. Flash steam cooler is of mixing type. Connected to upper portion of flash steam cooler is make-up feed water pipe line; lower portion of cooler is connected with deaeration column of open-type make-up feed water deaerator.
