FIELD: heat engineering. SUBSTANCE: vacuum-type deaeration unit has vacuum deaerator, basic water pipeline and vapors pipeline, which are connected to vacuum deaerator, surface- type vapors cooler connected through vapors pipeline to vacuum deaerator and through coolant pipe to basic water pipeline. Vapors cooler is connected through vapors condensate discharge pipe to upper part of vacuum deaerator by means of hydraulic gate of 8-10 m height. Deaeration unit may be used in boiler rooms and heat electric generating stations. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation and reduced cost of thermal water deaeration process. 1 dwg
