FIELD: textile industry machine building. SUBSTANCE: device has lug for pressing pirn flange to inserter body; adjusting rod; torsion spring and compression spring located in blind smooth hole of body. Adjusting rod is centered in hole due to its external surface with polyhedral prismatic end made on side of hole opened edge. Torsion spring one end is engageable with lug, while the other, with adjusting rod. Compression spring is installed coaxially to torsion spring for pressing the adjusting rod to limiting pin pressed in body of inserter on side of hole opened edge square to hole axis to periphery surface of pin equaling at least one radius of inscribed cylinder and not above radius of circumscribed cylinder of polyhedral prismatic end of adjusting rod. Made on limiting pin, in middle of its part, protruding into body hole, on side of adjusting rod parallel to axis of adjusting rod is hollow in such a way that in plane running through axis of limiting pin and perpendicular to axis of adjusting rod, the distance between hollow bottom and axis of adjusting rod is larger and distance from hollow edges to axis of adjusting rod is smaller than radius of cylinder circumscribed round polyhedral prismatic end of adjusting rod.
