FIELD: oil pollution removal. SUBSTANCE: invention provides high-efficiency preparation based on R-dissociants of stains Rhodococcus rubber BKM Ac-1513D and Rhodococcus erythropolis BKM Ac-1514D grown on media with high sea salt level. Selected microorganisms are capable of reproducing and degrading oil hydrocarbons within a wide range of salt level (0.05-10%, optimal salt level of media 3-5%) and temperature (8-35 C, optimal temperature 25-27 C). Under laboratory conditions, cleaning of ground from oil pollution reached 81%. Preparation creates favorable conditions for successful land reclamation. EFFECT: enhanced cleaning efficiency. 4 tbl, 4 ex
