SUBSTANCE: drug for biodegradation of petroleum products is proposed, including the association of Bacillus megaterium VKPM B-607, Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-5328, Pseudomonas putida VKPM B-5624, Rhodococcus erythropolis VKPM AC-1269 bacteria, immobilized on a glauconitic carrier in a predetermined amount, and method for producing thereof. Method for producing the drug involves the separate cultivation of bacterial strains of Bacillus megaterium VKPM B-607, Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-5328, Pseudomonas putida VKPM B-5624, Rhodococcus erythropolis VKPM AC-1269 to a cell content of 10¹¹-10¹² mcl/ml. Culture liquids are mixed in a ratio of 2:1:1:1, respectively, followed by spraying the cells in the form of an aerosol onto a glauoconite-containing carrier when heated to 40 °C air is fed to 4 %-ratio of moisture in the final preparation. When the moisture content in the final biological product is 4 %, the process is stopped. Glauconite fraction with an average particle diameter of 600 mcm, heat-treated at 190 °C, is used as a carrier to a residual moisture content of 4 %.
