FIELD: gas-steam plants. SUBSTANCE: method includes compression of gaseous working medium (air), heating of compressed working medium by combustion of fuel, expansion of heated working medium, recovery of remaining heat of expanded working medium by generation of water steam, delivery of steam into gas duct before combustion of fuel, condensing of steam at exhaust and extraction of water from combustion products. Working process is carried out at least in two gas ducts which are either completely isolated or partially united and provided with separate exhaust. Steam is generated in exhaust flow of one gas duct and all steam or larger part of steam is directed into other gas duct in which components with higher steam content ratio are created. Consumption of steam exceeds consumption of air. Heating and expansion of steam-gas with subsequent condensation of steam are carried out in this duct.
