FIELD: mechanical engineering; gas turbine plants. SUBSTANCE: proposed method of operation of gas turbine plant includes compression of air in compressors with intercooling at compression, heating of compressed air in combustion chambers, expansion of turbine combustion products and preliminary regenerative heating of compressed air before delivery into combustion chamber. Working medium flow is divided between turbines and at least in one of flows working medium is additionally heated in additional combustion chamber. Regenerative heating of compressed air in carried out in exhaust flow at higher temperature. Heated air is fed to mixing zone of combustion chamber. Part of air from behind the compressor is delivered into primary burning zone without regenerative heating. EFFECT: increased efficiency of plant and reduced consumption of fuel. 1 dwg
