FIELD: piezoelectric engineering; monolithic crystal filters. SUBSTANCE: method involves burn-in of piezoelectric crystal resonator by applying resonant voltage of 5-8 V for 1-2 minutes during its adjustment, check-up of its transient characteristics, and after its mounting in case and sealing the latter. EFFECT: reduced band and beyond-band intermodulation; enhanced yield of resonators and filters.
