FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves transforming electrocardiogram signal by selecting time coordinates relative to R- tooth of dUdUi/dt/dt, where dUdUi/dt/dt is the first derivative of the signal. Moments of dUdUi/dt/dt sign changes are detected as the first derivative of the input signal. Extreme value of the R-tooth is taken for origin point. The signal magnitudes are saved in memory at the moments of dUdUi/dt/dt and origin point. Current intermediate values of the electrocardiogram signal are read in digital form in the built time coordinate system. The data are formed using sequentially parallel code and data input is coordinated to processing rate for visualizing the data and setting diagnosis. Prognosis is built using paroxysmal tachycardia and ventricular arrhythmia risk dQT in each complex interpreting the QT-interval difference values, and cardiac rhythm regulation disorders and threshold loading observable from corresponding relationships as criteria. Diagnostic complex has transducers, amplifier, oscillator device for setting clock rate grid, integrator, visualization unit, unit for selecting R-tooth and the moment the input signal first derivative sign changes, time-to-digits converter, port, input/output unit, unit for controlling amplification with corresponding connections. Design of the unit for selecting the moment the input signal first derivative sign changes and of adaptation unit is shown.
