FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has metal recording plate, fixing unit, a set of writing pins of various lengths, adapter, rigid supporting pin with plate ensuring its location and plate having guiding canal. Fixing unit bushing has additional external ring member for the upper part of the fixing unit casing to be introduced. An opening is placed in the center of the internal adapter ring member for protruding part of the writing pin. The recording plate is fixed in individual base member produced from self-hardening plastic material. The base member is placed on glossal surface of the mandibular dental arc. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurements; wide range of functions for studying functional state of dentomaxillofacial system. 6 dwg
