FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relates to medicine, namely to a method for prosthetics in patients with complete absence of teeth and a device for determining and fixing the central ratio of the jaws. Method includes the following steps: obtaining optical impressions of the upper and lower jaws, portrait and intraoral photographs of the patient; based on the data of optical impressions of the upper and lower jaws and the indicated photographs, a device for determining and fixing the central ratio of the jaws is virtually modeled, containing the upper and lower impression trays, in such a way that the model of the upper impression tray contains grooves for mock-ups of artificial teeth, and mock-ups of artificial teeth are virtually modeled; 3D printing of artificial teeth models is produced; 3D printing of modeled upper and lower impression trays; the surface of the platform of the lower impression spoon is painted over with a chemical pencil; manufactured impression trays are fixed in the patient's oral cavity with an impression mass; a screw is fixed on the upper impression tray in the hole to achieve a predetermined interalveolar height; the central ratio of the jaws is determined and fixed using a printed device; in the frontal section of the upper impression tray, the previously made mock-ups of artificial teeth are alternately placed in the grooves, choosing the mock-ups of artificial teeth from the group of made mock-ups, coordinating their shape with the patient; scanning the inner surfaces of the trays with the impression mass; according to the obtained optical impressions in the program for modeling dental orthopedic structures, models of the jaws are created in a spatial relationship corresponding to the position of the lower jaw and interalveolar height; on the obtained models of the jaws, three-dimensional modeling of the basis of the prosthesis and setting of the teeth are carried out, and when setting the teeth of the anterior group, virtual models of previously selected models of artificial teeth are used; making a physical model of a removable denture prototype by means of 3D printing; carry out the fitting of the prototype of a removable denture in the oral cavity of the patient; after trying on the prototype and agreeing on the shape, size and position of the teeth with the patient, the virtual image of the prosthesis prototype is divided into dentitions and a basis; the dentition and the basis of the prosthesis with holes for the teeth are printed from a medical polymer and connected to each other; the resulting prosthesis is polished and fixed in the patient's mouth.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to determine the position of the lower jaw and the interalveolar height, obtain functional impressions, determine the shape and position of the anterior teeth in accordance with the patient's facial features in the general technology of prosthetics with removable dentures in one go.
