FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: instrument has dip rod, members transferring translation movement of the dip rod to recording unit or dial and arrow of a device for dosing dip rod pressure upon the mucous membrane. The instrument has calibrated spring and linear scale built on its casing, adjusting nut and irregular shape washer having cylindrical protrusions, lever having straight and curved arm. The curved arm allows the device for dosing dip rod pressure upon the mucous membrane to be mounted and has pin set in perpendicular to its face plane and entering into fork-shaped arrow end in the recording unit. The lever is connected at the transition area where the straight arm becomes curved arm to fixed fastening member at the place its straight part becomes curved part bearing a device for adjusting pressure against the mucous membrane having unit producing electric signal built-in into the curved part of the fastening member having switch and connected to the recording unit. The fastening member and the lever are connected with axial hinge at the point setting scale division on the dial enough for providing required measurement accuracy. The straight part of the fastening member and the straight lever arm are arranged in parallel to each other and are of equal length. The dip rod mounted on external end of the straight part of the fastening member crosses the straight lever arm and bushing mounted thereon allowing its free sliding without surpassing external end of the dip rod. External bushing canal opening is countersunk. Dip rod end face is rolled in a way that bushing and dip rod end faces belong to the same plane. The bushing is movable along the dip rod towards the movable lever only. Device handle is S-shaped and has straight line segments. It is pivotally connected to the fastening member being its straight-line segment continuation. Pin is mounted in perpendicular on straight-line segment of the handle. The pin enters casing of device for dosing dip rod pressure upon the mucous membrane so that electric circuit closure of the instrument takes place when reaching preset pressure level. The device for dosing dip rod pressure upon the mucous membrane is fixed on the pin with coupling nut.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measurements.
