FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has phase transition temperature below the body temperature at which it changes its diameter for larger one so that in reaching the maximum diameter it makes engagement with tubular organ walls. The stent is set into a tubular organ supporting continuous cold liquid flow. The liquid supply is interrupted when the stent takes the right position in the organ. It causes stent to enlarge its volume under the body temperature action. To remove the stent from the tubular organ, it is repeatedly cooled and the removal process is continued under continuous stent cooling. Impossibility of cold liquid supply to tubular organ sets limit to stent application sphere. EFFECT: pH stabilization on collage-working solution separation boundary; uniform salt distribution all over collagen volume. 3 cl, 5 dwg
