FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catheters, and more particularly to a catheter system with a structure configured to withdraw the sleeve for use, for example, during delivery and deployment of intravascular device. Catheter system is specifically designed for use when delivering an intravascular device through winding vessels and in its deployment in such vessels. Catheter system for use in delivering and deploying an intravascular device has a distal end and a proximal end and comprises an inner tube, an external tube configured to withdraw the sleeve structure and the body structure at the proximal end of the catheter system. Inner tube has the first cavity. External tube has the second cavity. Inner tube passes through the above second cavity. Discharge hose structure is arranged between inner and outer tubes and comprises a middle tube and a sleeve tip, which extends coaxially substantially along length of inner and outer tubes. Body structure has a distal end containing a distal hole, and a proximal end containing a proximal opening. Inner tube is attached to the proximal opening of the body structure. Sleeve, designed with possibility to remove, and internal tube form sealed chamber. In the state before deployment, the intravascular device is installed in the radial space between the inner tube and the two-layer shell.

EFFECT: invention minimizes axial friction forces applied to the stent during its deployment and installation.
