FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing surface to be treated to the action of compressed air flow containing abrasive particles for producing predetermined microrelief with microrecesses filled with antifriction material. Depth of microrecesses is equal to the value of maximum wear of friction surfaces at total volume of microrecesses equal to 0.15-0.2 of volume of metal removed from parts. Method is preferably used for finish treatment of precision friction pairs. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of friction surfaces. 3 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex
