FIELD: electrical energy generation. SUBSTANCE: proposed method for electrical energy generation implies use of fuel suited to boilers such as cheap coal, heavy oil, or plastic wastes, as well as in some cases use of fuel suited to gas turbines. Fuel suited to boilers is first separated in proposed device into distillate and residue by partial recovery. Mentioned distillate is supplied (in some cases together with fuel suited to gas turbines) to gas turbine and burned to generate electrical energy. Then turbine exhaust gas produced due to fuel combustion is fed to boiler. After that residue is burned (in some cases together with fuel suited to boilers) to produce steam. This steam is also used for electrical energy generation. In this way electrical energy can be generated by using cheap low-grade fuel not suited to gas turbines by burning it in boilers thereby raising effectiveness of this fuel. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, reduced cost of equipment, improved environmental friendliness. 15 cl, 8 dwg
