FIELD: measurement technology; conversion of mechanical magnitudes to electric signal. SUBSTANCE: sensor includes terminal force-sensing units 2 and 3 made integral with center sensing unit 4 separated from force-sensing units by two opposite transversal slots 5 and 6; sensor is also provided with resistance strain gage for measurement of deformation of sensing unit. Sensing unit is made in form of rectangular parallelepiped whose lateral faces adjoining transversal slots have of square (A, B, C, D). Parallelepiped has through cylindrical hole 9 in center of square which is perpendicular to longitudinal axis of sensor. Resistance strain gage is located inside through hole; this gage includes flexible measuring beam 11 with resistance strain gages 20 mounted perpendicularly relative to longitudinal axis of sensor and symmetrically relative to it; resistance strain gage includes also two supports which connect ends of measuring beam with inner wall of cylindrical holes in areas adjoining points E and F of intersection of diagonal of square lateral face with wall of above-mentioned hole.
