FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying binocular sphero-prismatic lenses. Optic force of spherical lens part is determined with a half of accommodation volume being taken in account. When achieved under these conditions, maximum reading speed is determined. Phoria is examined at short distance. Exphoria magnitude at corresponding distance is taken for determining prismatic spectacle lens part force. EFFECT: improved vision function; accelerated reading speed.
