FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves doing continual trainings in distant vision mode with positive spherical lenses. Spherical lenses of +0.5 - + 1.5 D are used depending on initial refraction before acquiring induced myopia. Spectacles are used in training with one of lenses being of zero diopter. Lens positions in front of the eyes are in turn changed.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in eliminating accommodation cramp and inhibiting refraction growth.
