FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying skin-piercing test with undiluted measles vaccine to children possessing moderate severity and severe forms of allergic diseases and response to measles vaccine and its components in anamnesis. Negative response (no general allergy manifestations and local responses - hyperemia diameter being less than 3 mm) being received, the children are vaccinated with living measles vaccine 10-15 min later. Positive response (general allergy symptoms or local responses - hyperemia zone diameters being greater than 3 mm) being observed, vaccination is postponed for 6 months and the test is to be repeated later. EFFECT: avoided administration of additional drugs as preparative treatment.
