FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for specific prevention of measles, mumps, rubella for HIV-infected children, clinical, immunological and serological studies in HIV-infected children are conducted. Then, the primary immunization with live vaccines is carried out twice with an interval of 6 months. After 4 years, revaccination is performed, then every 4-5 years dynamic control of specific immunity to measles virus, mumps, rubella is performed. In the absence of protective antibod titres, re-introduction of vaccines/vaccine is performed.
EFFECT: application of the proposed method will increase the efficiency of vaccination with live vaccines against measles, mumps, rubella, and significantly reduce the percentage of seronegative HIV-infected children.
