FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has circular plate from porous titanium nickelide of 1 cm diameter, 1-1.5 mm thickness having four holes distributed around its center. Sinusoid-shaped curved metal wire with sharp ends is conducted through two of the holes. The metal possesses shape memory and superelasticity properties. The wire and porous plate enable one for reliably setting the electrode on the heart. Electric pulse conductor is fixed in the other two holes for making conventional electric cardiostimulation. Conductor end is twisted for preventing its random disconnection. EFFECT: high reliability of electrode fixation; generalized topography of application; enabled stimulation of three layers of heart wall. 3 dwg
