SUBSTANCE: one should combine monophoton mission computer tomography and three-phase dynamic scintigraphy with 99mTc-methylene diphosphonate. Then it is necessary to determine sternal absorption value of 99mTc- methylene diphosphonate against vertebral column and at its value being below 158% it is possible to diagnose sternal hypoperfusion.
