FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves concurrently acting with laser radiation of 0.337 nm wavelength and 1-5 mW mean power and ozone and oxygen mixture at a temperature corresponding to patient body temperature. Ozone concentration is equal to 0.05-0.15 mg/m3. Gas mixture discharge rate is equal to 1-2 l/min. Used gas mixture and pathological contents are removed at the same time. Total treatment course is 5-10 treatments long. Device has light guide enclosed into tube for delivering laser radiation to treatment place. The tube outlet is enveloped with one more tube for delivering ozone and oxygen mixture to treatment place. The used gas mixture and pathological contents are removed from the ear aurum speculum through lateral opening in optical nozzle.
