SUBSTANCE: device has light guide having illumination source and system for removing pathological content. The device also has endoscope connected to video camera and video monitor, and expanding hoop having metal plates on its rim. Metal tubes rigidly joined to each other are mounted between them. One of the tubes is connected to system for removing pathological content and having suction unit and the second tube has irrigator system and system for supplying antibiotic solution. The tubes are joined with flexible hoses.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated operation method.
