FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing with base and cavity for keeping physiological salt solution and protrusion with collar placed inside for fixing epithelium under study. The casing has cover with light illumination window and electrodes. One of electrodes is angular rotatable liquid glass microelectrode movable along its axis. It is set in holder on the cover to enable one to introduce the electrode into the epithelium cells. The protrusion is vertically movable to enable one to adjust gap size separating the protrusion and casing. It has canal for light guide to be placed. EFFECT: simplified method for delivering light impulse; provided variety of techniques for recording potential values from epithelial cells. 3 dwg
