FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves setting fluid samples, their programmed heating and cooling in reaction chamber with following samples being electrophoretically separated in gel plates and identified. The fluid samples are spaced over hygroscopic areas of strips having hygroscopic and non-hygroscopic areas following each other in alternating series. After being treated in reaction chamber, the strips are placed on gel plates with their shorter side having the same direction with electric field. Hygroscopic areas are arranged in the gel plate cross-section plane. EFFECT: uniform polymerase chain reaction conditions in all samples. 3 dwg
