FIELD: motorway engineering. SUBSTANCE: method used for erection and reconstruction of crossover junctions at different levels of motorway under conditions of close city development, presence of nearby historical and architectural monuments, and miscellaneous underground service lines involves construction of earth- based sections, road interchanges, and/or bridge crossover, and/or highway tunnel sections. Novelty is that tunnel is arranged along circular motorway axis and has two sections curvilinear as viewed from top with their convex parts facing opposite sides; intermediate rectilinear section and rectilinear end sections are formed between them; angle between axis of one rectilinear end section and that of intermediate rectilinear part is 39-47 deg; angle between axis of other rectilinear end section and that of intermediate part is 23-31 deg; intersection of circular and radial motorways is made in the form of overpass arranged along circular motorway axis; overpass roadway is joined to roadways of tunnel footlight by means of roadway of earth-based section. EFFECT: reduced labor and material consumption, scope of earth excavation; enhanced carrying capacity and safety of traffic; eliminated traffic congestions, deformations of earth-based structures; improved environmental friendliness. 18 cl, 12 dwg
