FIELD: working of surfaces of articles by jet of liquid. SUBSTANCE: nozzle placed at angle α=30-60 deg with respect to axis of head of rod is imparted with rotation about its own axis and axial feed. Washing-out is conducted in layers, each layer of explosive is washed out by rings imparting nozzle with two rotary motions: one relative its own axis with frequency n1 and one transferring about axis of ammunition with frequency n2. Relation of frequencies n1/n2≥ 2πRi/do, where do is diameter of nozzle, mm; Ri is medium radius of washed-out i-th ring of explosive. On washing of i-th ring in layer nozzle is moved in radial direction towards washed-out explosive through distance ΔRi = 21ef•sinα+do/cosα, where 1ef is length of jet of liquid effectively destroying explosive. After washing out of each layer nozzle is moved axially through distance Δ = 1ef•cosα. EFFECT: increased productivity of process. 3 cl, 3 dwg
