FIELD: mechanical engineering; pumps and engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed invention can be used in reversible pulse-free high-pressure pumps capable of operating both as pump and as engine. Pump has housing with intake and outlet holes, rotor with holes accommodating at least two displacers installed for movement along its axis of rotation, working chamber, partition separating suction space from delivery space, insulating members, mechanism setting displacers in axial relative position, and devices connecting the spaces located at different sides of end faces of displacer. Working chamber is limited in radial direction by surfaces of ring slot made in end face of rotor and passing through holes of rotor accommodating displacers. These holes form cavity of surfaces of ring slot at intersection with slot. Surfaces of partition are in sliding contact with surfaces of ring slot.
