SUBSTANCE: every variable-length power chamber of the rotary shutter machine have insulation elements incorporating, at least, two movable elements fitted to form two sliding isolating contacts between the insulating surface of one movable element and insulating surface of one of the parts of an adapter, between the insulating surface of the other movable element and the surface other part of the adapter, as well as between the insulating surfaces of movable elements. At least of the aforesaid contacts has both insulating surfaces cylindrical and, at least, in one contact the said surface is made spherical, and, at least, one of the rest contacts has both surfaces made either flat or spherical.

EFFECT: improved insulation of the working and power chambers in a wide range of strains and tolerances, higher efficiency at high pressure.
